You must of missed all those begging emails from me this year, so I could not resist any longer ! 

Please find below upcoming events we are organising and need you support, to enable this club to run as a club, we arrange these little things, I appreciate times are hard, and not all can attend, but , If you could see it to turning up, and joining in that would be great. I am personally  hiring a caravan in Hopton with the family !

CHARITY DAY CRICKET MATCH 

 

Following on from the great time we had last year, the charity day will be held and needs your support, either by playing, turning up or running a stall, the charities are Help for Heroes, Sue ryder Care Home, and Keech. 

Last year we raised around £1450 and had a great day, Please contact Mark Page if you can help in any way, we also need anything suitable for a tombola and also raffle prizes 

Now is the time to get rid of that dodgy bottle of wine someone bought round ! 

I have been assured there will be Ladies playing for the opposition ! 

 

6 & 7^th August   

             TOUR 

 

We are playing in Lowestoft in a t 20 match on the Friday, Gary Norman has arranged the Hotel Hatfield as accommodation, it is just up the road from the night clubs. 

On the Saturday, we will be playing at the common at Southwold in a 40 overs match, and returning after the match for large amounts of drinks. 

This is a little over a month away, I know some have you have already booked with Gary but we need to know numbers, please confirm to either Gary Norman or Mark Page 07515679259 , we need to know if you want to stay  at the hotel, and also, if you are making your own arrangements, what day you will be available to play. 

The hotel Hatfield is £45 per person per night, and we will need a £45 deposit and confirmation by the 17^th August. 

There is other cheaper accommodation in the town, Great Yarmouth is a £ 15 taxi ride away, and if you get in now you will find a deal. 

 

This was a great time last year, and keepy uppys competition will be running I understand, naked under the pier ! 

 

PS I also understand there is a tent for sale from last year

1st team skipper Craig Hills has stepped down as captain and Tony Bullimore will be taking over this position,

2010 registration forms and cards are ready, please ask at nets

 

Next years fees will be £5 REGISTRATION fee and £8 per match ( 20 -20 tbc )

 

All inclusive will be £105 and that includes THE REGISTRATION fee,

 

The all inclusive cut off date in 2010 will be 30th April 2010 ,

 the ONLY exceptions are for :

NEW players and players who wish to set up a standing order or we will accept three cheques, of which 2 can be post dated May and June,

this is to get away from the debacle last season, and most seasons where we are chasing money in August.

Any persons still owing money from last year ( they know who they are ) will not be selected until their account has been settled.

 

ALL PLAYERS MUST IN ADDITION BE A MEMBER OF THE CADDINGTON SPORTS CLUB WHICH IS £9
