Dale stepped down as Chairman, and was thanked for all the effort he had put in, he is intending along with Eddie Newns to head up the junior section, which will take a lot of time and organising just to stay legal, forget the actual coaching side !
Mark Page took over as Chairman, with Tony Bullimore becoming club captain/ manager who will assist with the smooth running of the teams and will be chasing you for availability early in the new year.

Nets will be starting in January, and it has been decided anyone still owing money from the past season will need to pay up in full, before enjoying the facilities, this will also apply to next years cricket, please do not put anyone in the embarrassing position of having to turn you away, if you think you owe money, or are simply not sure, contact Mark Rich who will be happy to advise you, email mark here

As a club, we run tight to our budget and cannot afford non payment, we will have a massive expense prior to the season with the cost of a fence to help prevent damage to our neighbours homes that occurred this season, we do not yet have all the details, but the Groundsman and the Chairman are working hard to solve the problem.

Unfortunately the in house game was unable to take place on Sunday, due to a junior football match that was on, despite Dale asking 3 months in advance, at a CRA meeting, If we could go ahead, the senior sides moved fixtures around to help out, but apparently, according to the Junior football vice chairman on friday evening, he asked the wrong person ..... obviously a lesson there somewhere. back and scratching comes to mind...

Gary, Beth , Dwarf Bob, Hellen, assisted by Mark Page, won the football club quiz night at the club, it was a good night, and bar one round of questions the team averaged around 80% on the question rounds, they stumbled on the crazy round where you are supposed to guess what the quiz master was thinking, but as he is also the Football club manager, it was agreed this was near impossible !!

Well done to Mick Gregory for a good evening.
